Laptop Power Button Broken

It's brand new it has a Intel core processor of 17 and it's got windows 10 instulled. it Worked !!!!!!!!! MUCH OBLIGED for your help. I have a warranty and could get it fixed, but I would rather get it working otherwise as it is more convenient than sending it in.

I turned the laptop off took the battery out took the power cord out turned it upside down held the power button down for 30 seconds. Turn On Laptop Without Opening Lid I'm speechless!!!!!! I just have to share this with everyone else.
