This tool helps in taking the screenshots of whole or part of the desktop. Also can they be saved in a folder for future reference? If you mean the switch that disables Windows key and Alt-Tab, then it does not do anything.

The key can easily capture the screen full of errors shown on Windows which can be recorded for future reference to sort out any kind of issue. The Fn key, in case you haven't noticed, is located between the control and Windows key at the bottom left corner of the key board.
