I was getting so frustrated and the F Lock key did the trick! In some laptops, you have to press the Fn key, along with the printscreen key to get the job done. And is there a Print Screen utility in Windows 7 or a preferred Print Screen Program you recommend. I have tried using CTRL, ALT and FN hotkeys but none of these seem to work.
I tried restarting, then updating drivers, and scanning for bugs.
