I think this is easier to take a screen shot than the snipping tool if you want the whole screen. I removed it later because it didn't hide the mouse pointer automatically.
I am a student and it is super helpful to have this functionality on my computer and now I have it back! Sorry, there was a problem flagging this post. How about checking other function keys on or off.
