When I try to add a printer or print from most of my software the following error message pops up: "Operation could not be completed. Solution: Click "Start" then "Run" and type CMD In the new window type: net stop spooler The spooler service is now stopped. Stay logged in Sign up now! Go into your windows\system32\spool\printer and delete the files there.
If one of the services you looked up does not have these values, Stop and Start that service. If anyone has any other suggestions, please let me know. If you have no problems with other UPnP hardware installing though you can skip that step. You can't solve all print spooler issues just by changing the options, but this is a quick and safe place to start.
