At this point I cannot print anything. Locate and then click the following registry key:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Spooler3. After some research we discovered that the printer drivers for the 1018 were an after thought for windows 7 64 bit support. But that helped temporarily.

My sister is so happy and I am too! One is Wireless and one is connected via USB. I spent 3.5 hours trying to figure out what was wrong and how to fix it. Unforturnately, I cannot use Firefox or ano other browser except IE.
Also tried with the replacing the Registery of bad PC with a good PC. You can now reinstall the latest and greatest drivers for your printing systems test as you go, then you should be OK or find out which driver/device/software item breaks it... Please restart the machine". It worked when I first tried it…but now won't allow me to print.
