I saw that guide and it basically said Print Mnagement is part of the MMC install. Most recently I tried to download a new driver but got a message about the Print Spooler being stopped when I tried to install it. It was a big annoyance as I couldn't print or even view pdf file from Edge or Chrome when browsing website. Do you have the installation CD that came with the printer? check over here
