I rebooted and tried again but got the same error. I just physically disconnect my local printer (unplugged the USB cable), wait a few seconds, and then reconnect it.Hope this helps.   4. I had to run CMD as administrator, I copied the command into the wwindow.
  5. Click the arrow next to your computer (marked Local). 7 Click Printers in the left pane.
  6. If a service was not started, right-click it, click Properties and then confirm that the Startup type is Automatic.
