By not working I mean I have my monitor set to turn off "After 10 mins" yet it stays on forever. Absolutely ridiculous! I put everything else back that I had disabled and the screen saver and power settings still work.   1. I did have some problems later after loading a DVD.
  2. I have seen it momentarily black out but then come right back on as though somehow the power down action is being construed as activity and powering it back up.
